FESTA ITALIANA DI VANDERGRIFT
Aug. 12. Celebrate your Italian-American heritage
by understanding the culture and values. Learn

DELMONT APPLE ’N ARTS FESTIVAL
Oct. 6 and 7. Tons of craft and food vendors bring
in more than 25,000 visitors each year. The annual
festival includes the Baby Apple Cheeks Contest,
pumpkin painting, and pony rides for the kids. A 1907
antique apple press makes thousands of fresh gal-lons

LIGONIER HIGHLAND GAMES
Sept. 22 and 23. Follow the bagpipes to Idlewild Park
for the annual event and celebrate all things Scottish.
Piping, athletic events, Gaelic Mod singing and
more. Adults: $20 Saturday, $10 Sunday; Seniors 55+:
$18 Saturday, $8 Sunday; Youth 13-17: $10 Saturday,

MURRYSVILLE CONCERT IN THE PARK
Aug. 11. Head to Murrysville Community Park to
listen to live music from Bon Journey, The Doug
Edgell Trio, Erin Burkett and The Shiners. The
event is from 4 p.m. to dusk. Bring your own lawn-chair.
No coolers permitted. The event includes food
trucks, games, a corn hole tournament and fireworks.
