Steelers training camp, held annually
at Saint Vincent College, is boost for local
businesses in Latrobe, surrounding areas

So much has changed in the past 50 years that if
you took a group of Steelers fans from 1969 and
dropped them into 2019, you’d have an awful lot of
explaining to do.
Unless, of course, you dropped them in Latrobe for
Steelers training camp.
Grand player entries and smartphone proliferation
aside, one of the wonderful things about the Steelers’
ongoing relationship with Saint Vincent College is the
tradition. Another is the boost that it brings to the region
and the satisfaction that area residents and businesses
take in hosting Steeler Nation every summer.
