Goals: Being an older sister to qua-druplets who were born premature has had a profound impact on my desire to pursue a career in medicine. I hope to become a pediatric ophthal-mologist and aid children, who never deserve to be ridiculed for a lazy eye or to forego life’s satisfaction and happiness due to blindness. Goals: I plan to earn a doctorate degree in mechanical engineering as well as bachelor’s degrees in physics and/or biology. Community involvement: Co-founded food drive called Trick or Treat So Others Can Eat involving high school and community to collect food for a local food pantry; Volunteer at HEARTH, a home for domestically abused women and their children; Volunteer as a tutor at Anchorpoint Counseling Ministry; Gone on three mission trips with Northmont United Presbyterian Church; Deacon; church youth group. Goals: I plan to attend college next year to study either international studies or related social sciences.
