The Great Allegheny Passage covers 150 miles between Pittsburgh and Cumberland, Md., where the C&O Canal Towpath picks up and stretches 184.5 miles to Washington. Done end to end or in sections, cyclists of all ages and abilities travel the trail each year, taking in the beautiful and varied scenery and stopping at trail A view from the bridge in Ohiopyle.
