HOME CARE JOBS: Home Care Provider (Casual) Provides direct services for people with disabilities in home and/or community. Ensures the individual’s health, safety and well-being by assisting individuals in acquiring,maintaining and improving self-help, socialization, and/or adaptive living skills. Provides for or assists the individual in performing routine personal care tasks, adaptive daily living skills, and assistance in physical transfers and/or ambulation. Work from 2 to 28 hours/week RESIDENTIAL JOBS: Driver/Advisor (PT/FT) Responsible for transportation of individuals with disabilities to their day programs using an agency vehicle. This person will also perform direct support responsibilities as needed. Weekday - 8am to noon and FT positions available. Direct Support Professionals (PT/FT) Assists individuals to live an inclusive life in their community. Responsibilities include direct involvement with each person’s day to day needs.
