THIEL COLLEGE
Now is an exciting time at Thiel College, in
Greenville, Pa. Along with 38 undergraduate
degrees that include innovative new undergraduate
programs (environmental safety management, sports
management, data analytics, exercise science) and timetested
majors (accounting, education, psychology), the
College has five new exciting and pioneering graduate
degree programs. Classes in the new physician
assistant studies program began in July, while the
M.B.A. and speech-language pathology programs
celebrated their first graduating cohort this summer.
The Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership
also began in 2021 and applications are being accepted
for the first class of students for the Master of Arts
in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
All the College’s graduate programs include a fifthyear
option for Thiel students. If accepted into the
program, you can graduate with a master’s degree and
a bachelor’s degree in five years. If you are looking
for personalized attention, flexibility and a head start
in your field or professional career, then you should
consider a Thiel College graduate degree. The Thiel
College community provides the support of academic,
career and financial aid counseling to help you reach
your goal.
The programs are designed to continue the
momentum of recently graduated bachelor’s degree
students.
Also new is the College’s collaborative nursing
program with a local hospital that gives you all the
advantages of a college experience and the practicality
of earning an R.N.
A recently completed $3.5 million project on campus
created a floor of dedicated lab, office and classroom
space for the College’s physician assistant and speechlanguage
pathology students. It was the first phase
of a $16 million project that is going to include more
class and lab space as well as major improvements to
the College’s Academic Center and athletic and health
and wellness facilities
Founded in 1866 as a coeducational institution in
western Pennsylvania, Thiel College is home to a
diverse student population, small class sizes and
committed faculty. The campus is near bike and hiking
trails, state and local parks, and outdoor amenities.
