at the lower ball field. Confirmed
food trucks for the event include
Copney’s BBQ, Route 66 BBQ,
Wood Fired Pizza and McFeely’s
Arctic Ice, with more set to join.
There will be festival and ethnic
foods and a wine tasting booth
with bottle sales by Edgewood
Winery.
Dunmire and the Avonmore
Community Association hope
to share the joy of the event with
future Avonmore residents.
“We plan to bury a time capsule
to send messages to the Avonmore
of the future,” she said. “Who
knows what we might be describ-ing
then.”
Vendors and parade participants
can apply to participate in the event
through the Avonmore Communi-ty

page and messaging them.
